

Monday was incredibly long and tiring. I had so much work to do that I barely had time to do it all, and now I feel like a squeezed lemon. But despite the tiredness, I decided to make a healthy dinner - roasted vegetables with quinoa and avocado, perfect for restoring energy. After the meal, I'll do yoga to relax a bit and get my thoughts in order. Today especially I want to feel calm and harmonious. How do you usually recover after a hard day?
