

Tonight I decided to dedicate myself to myself. First, I took a hot bath with bubble bath and aromatic oils - it was just heaven after a long day. The water relaxed my muscles, and I could literally feel the fatigue leaving. Then I laid down on my mat and did a gentle yoga practice - no strain to feel the body. Breathing, stretching, silence - the perfect ending to the day. Now I'm sitting with a cup of herbal tea, wrapped in plaid, and feeling so light inside. Back into the rhythm tomorrow and tonight is my evening 🌙 How do you usually rest after a busy day? 😊
