Added 2020-07-03 09:34:23 +0000 UTCMoving into this flat has been one of the biggest nightmares I’ve had in a while, the previous tenants destroyed the place on their way out so nothing in here works at all, and due to the pandemic we have to wait for so long for it all to be fixed
- no hot water - they’ve broken the boiler
- they had the flat put on a really expensive pre-payment meter because they couldn’t pay their bills
- the first 2 days were spent without electricity because they left the meters in debt
- there’s no covering for my window so I can’t sleep - they ripped the blinds off
- my bedroom window doesn’t even close let alone lock
- mirror was shattered so has been removed until the agency can fit a new one
Something that was supposed to be great (I’ve been looking forward to moving in here since I signed on it in November) has become something that’s gonna be extremely expensive and stressful
Sorry for venting but I can’t take new photos because I can’t even shave my face so my dysphoria has flared to levels it hasn’t been at since I was like 15
