

Sooo... a little different post tonight🙈 Guys... I pulled a groin muscle training legs on Tuesday, my first day back after Miami. This is why you haven’t been seeing me post workout content in my IG stories and also why I’ve only made a couple OF posts since then. My inner right leg is bruised up to my balls which are very full because they haven’t been emptied since the pm option👀😩 It’s already looking a lot better, but since it may be a few more days until the coloring fades and I’m moving better I wanted to let you know. Sorry for the tmi, but the glutes were popping tonight tho😜❤️
