I'm not sure what happened to summer haha. Time flies when you're settling in after a big international move 😅
With the cooler temps & snow on the mountain tops, I've been enjoying some slower activities 🥰 my pantry is full of dried herbs from my garden, I've been learning all about the local mushrooms that grow here (& are safe to eat!), we have freshly chopped (by yours truly) wood stacked up for the winter, and i spent an entire afternoon squeezing grapes (from my garden) to make delicious, nutrient-dense juice! 🧃🍇
I've been thriving in these slower moments & really falling in love with my new life here in Italy 🇮🇹🥰
