It’s been a minute since I shared a workout post! today I did sets of feet up bench press - it’s a variation that challenges stability and engages the lats a bit more, since you can’t use leg drive bringing the bar back up. This is 42.5kg ☺️ Feet up and Larsen bench press (another variation with legs sticking straight out) are always done with less weight than you typical bench training weight.
