連日のハードなジムの筋肉痛と体のだるさでよく動けなかっだのだけど、怪我をしないようにという考えを持ってできるようになったのはとてもいい成長だと思う。
学生の頃は怪我しないようにスポーツをするなんて考えた事がなかった😅
帰る頃には筋肉痛なのかボロボロなのか分からないほど体が固まっていて、これは早く帰ってケアしないと大変だなと思って体育館を出たら雨😱☔️
結構降ってたけど早く帰りたいから走りだしたらもう3分でびしょびしょ。
風もあったしで冬かと思うほど寒かった🥶
革製のグローブも濡れちゃったから、今日手洗いで洗濯しないとなぁ。

Yesterday was a beautiful day so I pulled out my bike for the first time in a while and went to practice 🏐🏍
I couldn't move well due to sore muscles from a hard day at the gym and my body being sluggish, but I think I've made great progress in being able to think about how to avoid injury.
When I was a student, I never thought about playing sports to avoid injury😅
By the time I left, my body was so stiff that I couldn't tell if my muscles were sore or ragged, and I thought this is a big problem if I don't go home and take care of it soon, so I left the gym and it was raining😱☔️
It was raining quite a bit but I wanted to get home as soon as possible so I started running and within 3 minutes I was soaking wet.
It was so cold and windy that I thought it was winter 🥶
My leather gloves got wet too, so I'll have to wash them by hand today.
