


昨日、1週間ぶりにバレーの練習に行ったのだが初めから膝が痛くてしっかり動くことを諦めた🤦♀️
スパイクとレシーブは動きと痛み共に🙅♀️
セッターポジションとサーブは🙆♀️
膝が痛い間にパーソナルやジムに行って上半身をやっていた成果が出ていて安心した😮💨
しかし大事なのは下半身よ…。
焦るな焦るな…。

I'm relieved that all the personal and gym work I did on my upper body while my knee was hurting is paying off 😩
But it's the lower body that matters...
