そして5、6年ぶりくらいに引っ越した先の県外から会いにきてくれた方がいてそれも驚いた。
とんでもなく忙しい中仕事を抜けてきてくれたみたいだ。

I was out of state for work, but thankfully I was able to keep busy.
And I was also surprised to see someone who came to see me from out of state, where I had moved to for the first time in about 5 or 6 years.
It seems he took time out of his extremely busy schedule to come to see me.
