It was COVID lockdown and I was stuck in this little orange box. I used the pandemic time to revive my yoga practice, to dive deeper into meditation and fitness, to love inside my body. That's carried me through till now as the spine of my wellness, my business and my art. I love sharing the process and the beauty with you. :) Thank you for your support along the way as I've stretched, breathed, written songs, covered myself in paint, hung upside down, flown across the world, dove in the water, and played with words and livestreams.
