Last night he was outside of my house, in the complete dark, without a flashlight or anything. Luckily one of my neighbors came home and saw him there and called the police. They questioned him but still unless he breaks a law they can’t do anything..not fun. But everyone is keeping an eye on him at least! XOXO - J
