I cant believe we are approaching mid July, it seems this summer is flying by. Just got home from Long Island and will be going back on Tuesday. We got 2 offers on the apt, and I sent both applications into the board, so hopefully 1 of them will be good enough to go to contract with. Fingers crossed.
