

Gym post! I’ve been super proud of my glute and hamstring growth lately. I was a competitive athlete for 13 years of my life 😏🫶🏻🥎 It’s important to balance game time and gym time! Here’s some tips I like to do 😋 1. Schedule time for both gaming and exercise. 2. Try active gaming options or fitness-focused games. 3. Organize fitness challenges with gaming friends.
