Here I leave you a full training dedicated to the tail, it is more oriented to refine the 3 muscles that make up the gluteus (the gluteus minimus, the gluteus medius and the gluteus maximus). Being the largest muscle in the body, regardless of whether you are a man or a woman, you have to work yes or yes. Here I leave the activities with series of 15 repetitions (in some I do more repetitions because I consider within the activity that some I did wrong). It's putting play and we do together!!! Buen dĂ­a! AcĂĄ les dejo un entrenamiento full dedicado a cola, es mĂĄs orientado a afinar los 3 mĂșsculos que componen el glĂșteo (el glĂșteo menor, el glĂșteo medio y el glĂșteo mayor). Al ser el musculo mĂĄs grande del cuerpo, independientemente de que seas varĂłn o mujer, tiene que estas trabajado si o si. AcĂĄ les dejo las actividades con series de 15 repeticiones ( en algunas hago mĂĄs repeticiones debido a que considero dentro de la actividad que algunas hice mal).
Es poner play y hacemos juntos!!! (en final tienen un Bonus que no esperaba) 😳
