Buenas tardes! I wanted to tell you that thanks to you I can give myself the pleasure of going on vacation this long weekend. I leave Friday night and come back Tuesday night. This week I will not upload an instructive video of the activity, but given the moment I will upload photos of the place I will be. And here I leave a section of why it is good to go on vacation? Whether we visit the sea, forest, mountains etc. It is a way to return to our roots, where we disconnect from the social or structured society and connect with nature. Buenas tardes! Les quería comentar que gracias a ustedes puedo darme el gusto de irme de vacaciones este fin de semana largo. Salgo el viernes por la noche y vuelvo el martes por la noche. Esta semana no subiré video instructivo de actividad, pero si dado el momento subiré fotos de el lugar que estaré. Y acá les dejo un aparto de ¿porque es bueno irce de vacaciones?
Sea que visitamos el mar, bosque, montañas etc. Es una manera de volver a nuestras raices, donde nos desconectamos de lo social o la sociedad estructurada y nos conectamos con la naturaleza. Hacemos una desintoxicación de la tecnología y de la rutina monótona diaria. Por lo tanto nos solemos encontrar más con nosotros mismo, pero principalmente relajamos, regulamos el estrés y bajamos el cortisol.
Así que siempre que puedan, por más corta que sea la salida. Create ese espacio para vos. DESCANSAR es parte de saber entrenar y muy importante.
