Gotta get that vitamin D if you know what I mean ;) hehe I was gifted this book by Khalil Gibran for Christmas and felt the urge to start off my day by reading a short poem that reflects on the essence of being human because it's humbling to be reminded of who I am at my very core. Mornings are such a special time for me. They are my favorite part of the day. Everything is fresh and new, and I get the chance to choose to be a better me than yesterday. Almost like a reset and refresh. Giving myself time to check in with my body and head is paramount to having a lovely day ahead, an it's such a treat to share it with you!
