I was getting ready to make the content I’ve needed to catch up on while I was FaceTiming with a friend and started having a panic attack. It took me a cool minute to calm down and once I finally did, I decided it’s probably better for myself if I go to bed and start fresh again tomorrow. I ended up taking off all my makeup and now I’m laying in bed. For anyone who wants to know, I am okay. I was getting heated while venting to my friend and somehow just got triggered while I was talking. I don’t know, it was weird. But I am okay!
