im on my gluten free baking journey c: im going gluten free for now bc my body is angry with me so i had to pick up some new gf ingredients. i was nervous about not being able to enjoy baking but so far so good! i really love baking, it's so satisfying, taking the time to gather ingredients and combine them to create something so beautiful and yummy. i have such a sweet tooth and i enjoy sharing my baking with the ppl i love so it's a win win
