

Over a month of regular cardio ‼️ I’ve been unhappy with my energy level lately, so I decided to make a goal for myself. 1 mile a day. The past few weeks my runs have started to feel less obligatory and I’m noticing my legs gaining strength. 1 mile is turning into 2 or 3 a day. My ass is a shape that I love again. I forgot about those runner highs. It’s not a big change but it makes a big difference. ✨
