Added 2021-12-10 04:16:19 +0000 UTCphoto dump & mental health update. physical health tbd. • • got diagnosed twice and it’s bipolar & adhd… severe depression and anxiety. going through different meds, including some I’ve had issues w in the past so I’ll need to find *another* psychiatrist who will listen to me. I hate being on something for 4 weeks to “wait and see if it helps” if I’ve been on that exact medication, and was taken off of it bc it made me nauseous and more anxious. has nothing to do with the physical stuff I’ve been going thru, but yeah. still going to drs for that but it should be better ?? actually unexpected diagnosis of bipolar and not something I was super concerned about. really bummed about it. was convinced that there was no way but I got that diagnosis twice within same week, different people. mood disorder means there’s some meds I can’t take.
