Doc recommended a cast this time for 4 weeks since I'll be getting an allograft tendon for the repair. Shoulders are much better, right one still feels off though, just gonna wait until I feel back to normal before I get back in the gym. This situation I'm in just sucks right now, mark my words though 2024 I will be making a hell of a comeback.
