Added 2023-02-28 02:40:03 +0000 UTCI was skeptical, I’ll admit. Scales and dragon stories aren’t usually my cup of tea but this one (1st book) gave me hope and left me impressed. There’s more comedy than I thought there would be, the sex scenes are amazing (and rock-breaking ;3), loads of heartbreaking moments and misunderstandings by two species that know little about each other.
The female lead is a strong, brave, feisty little human Huntress for her tribe.
The male lead is a big, huge, sexy, magical, golden dragon with an attitude problem and a king’s pride.
The 2nd book I never finished because it’s a slow burn romance that just feels too slow for me personally.
