Today was my 100th training day at the gym and I'm so proud of what I've accomplished! πͺ
My journey
A year ago I decided it was time to change my life. It was hard at first, but now I just can't imagine my life without these workouts. Every day I become a better version of myself!
My workout routine
What motivates me the most is the feeling of strength after each workout. I like to work with heavy weights, but I don't forget about cardio. Balance is the key to success πββοΈ
