

Couple vids from leg day. First was first set. Front squats 285lbx8 reps. Knees buckled a little on number 5 abd the last rep wasn't the best. Next set is a back off set of 225lbs×12. The point is to burn them out heavy then the lighter is more slower and controlled to really exhaust them. I don't think you'll ever see me do a one rep max on anything. That's how you get injured. And I'd rather keep making changes than hurt myself just so I can say "I did this before".
