I train 3 times a week on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays, I don't always manage to stick to this schedule perfectly, but I try to stick to itπ As for the training days, I have them organized as follows:
First I do my warm-up and stretching, and then I move on to the plan for the day
Monday: leg day
Crossover leg curls 4 sets of 14 reps
Barbell squats 4 sets of 10 reps each
Lunges 4 sets of 8 reps per leg
Romanian lifts 4 sets of 16 reps for each leg
Wednesday: back and chest
Chest crossover 4 sets of 20 reps each
Pull-ups 4 sets of 12 reps each
Bench press 4 sets of 12 reps each
Dumbbell bends 4 sets of 10 reps per arm
Crossover presses 3 sets of 20 reps each
Saturday: leg day
Leg press 4 sets of 20 reps each
Crossover leg curls 4 sets of 12 reps each
Leg adduction machine 4 sets of 16 reps
