Today I made some cakes for my friend's wedding and decided to tell you how I came to work as a pastry chef🧁
My first steps in cooking and preparing desserts began a long time ago, when I helped my mom in a restaurant, she worked as a chef 👩🏼🍳 At first I just peeled vegetables, peeled stickers off bananas, etc😅 But after a while I was already entrusted with more complicated tasks - kneading dough, making preparations for dishes. But my love for sweets pulled me to try to cook cookies and waffles, so we bought home special molds and I began to try to cook desserts according to the family cookbook😋
