The last 2 weeks have been ridiculous on this site. After deleting all of my pregnancy videos, Onlyfans announced that they would be restricting explicit content. They gave this information to journalists, but then refused to make a public statement after the news broke. Thousands of models and fans were thrown into panic, as we waited for clarification. Then they confirmed that they would be removing adult content, starting on October 1st. Exactly what was being published in news articles. After a mass exodus from the site they suddenly changed their mind. I imagine they were waiting for a big investor to swoop in and secure their company, but when no such thing happened they panicked. They reversed course to try to keep us, the people who built their company from the ground up, on the platform, after so disrespectfully dismissing us. They have seriously violated the trust and respect that I had for the site. Even in their public statement they said they would “suspend” the October 1st ban on explicit content. That gives me reason to believe they are still planning on removing it, just at a later date. I feel exhausted. The uncertainty of everything has made my anxiety go through the roof, and I’m only one week away from being full term in my pregnancy. I cannot begin to explain to you how that feels, hormones, fatigue, and emotion-wise. I’m overwhelmed. I hope everything will settle down soon.
