


trying to keep a daily practice as part of going to al-anon (relatives of alcoholics) and keeping sane as i recover from this breakup and mental health challenges and i guess my concussion. have always been skeptical of journaling but writing things down has allowed me to ruminate less and accept my fears and release them. going to start sharing my entries more here because it feels aligned with where i'm at right now.
oh and yes, my ex did sleep with someone, so that fear came true. and you know what? i don't care. i'll be happy someday with someone who wants me. above all, i want myself and i've got my own back.
