I had to mention that because even though I don't sleep till late (sometimes) I do wake up early 🥺 Sometimes it's because my cat thinks it's okay to pat his paw on my face at 6am lol. I mentioned this in my live last night but I want to start incorporating morning Meditation session here 5 days of the week! I love to meditate in the morning. Actually, I love to meditate in general. It has helped me so much with my mental health and so I want it to be helpful for you guys too!
