

Happy Weight Gain Wednesday! Please enjoy my sibling-inspired food list today as follows: Breakfast: a jumbo chocolate chip muffin - warmed up in the microwave, split in half with both sides buttered, 2 packages of pop tarts, a big glass of chocolate milk, and a piece of toast with liverwurst and cheese on it. Snack: Box of "Dad's" Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies and a "Tang" orange drink. Lunch: Greek-inspired shaksuka with fresh sour dough for dunking. Snack: Half a dozen sticky buns - My sister's recipe has sharp orange zest, toasted pecans, and freshly grated nutmeg. Dinner: Chicken fingers and fries with lots of ketchup, and carrot cake for dessert. Snack: I want you to spoon and eat as much butter or margarine as possible. Melt it and drink it if you can.
