

Happy Friday 🤗 Let’s talk about balance 👏🏼 Balance is not an easy thing to find… Finding the balance between treating yourself and sticking to your goals. Finding the balance between hustling or having fun with your family or friends. Trying to find the balance between trying to achieve fitness goals and listening to your body. It can all be very challenging. I spent years with no balance in my life and had the “all or nothing” mentality. I was missing out on so many experiences because I was terrified of getting off track, eating too many calories, not working out twice a day etc. I’ve found that life is too short to be caught up in that 24/7. It’s not all about restriction and it’s not all about calories. Life is for living! 💕 I challenge you to look at these areas in your life and ask yourself if you have found a healthy balance that brings you happiness. Step out of your comfort zone and push yourself to find the middle ground. ✨
