Added 2023-06-09 01:09:00 +0000 UTCSaw about 6 different studio locations in Vegas yesterday. There was only one that I felt comfortable with and the surroundings. (Lots of camps are building up all over Vegas the homeless/displacement issues are getting rough out there) however I am not sure if it would be a smart move to have an office two hours away. I could however build a studio in my backyard and put locks and make it very well insulated for soundproofing. Just it’s going to cost me out of pocket a very pretty penny. Like 8/10 k. That I don’t have right now. I need ideas. Everything I’m thinking of falls short some how.
