I used to walk around scared of who likes me, or who I could impress. But that’s not really living…Love the body you have, your heart pumping and keeping you alive, your lungs filling with air so you can catch your breath, your skin for protecting all the organs that make you… you. Treasure yourself, be kind to yourself, love yourself. I feel people use vanity to describe me when they wish they could love THEMSELVES as much as I treasure my being. The life hack is that, all it takes is two seconds to look yourself in the mirror and say “I am proud of you, no matter what happens today I love myself for existing.” We are alive and the more we throw stones at others the more we aren’t enjoying the view of nature.
