Believe it or not, I really don't do specific ab workouts. The exercises I do require me to have an engaged core at all time to maintain stability, good form and prevent injury. So, naturally, the abdominal muscles get worked. You don't have to spend countless hours doing sit-ups or crunches. Just engage your core when doing other tasks.
