Added 2025-02-24 00:40:12 +0000 UTCI hardly got anything done today because my pinched nerve is fucking acting up in my shoulder and my neck and my back and my shingles is driving me crazy on my legs and I went to the gym last night for the first time in like two months because of this pinched nerve and then now I'm sore from that and I freaking have cramps I don't feel good at the moment
