I hired a Personal Trainer. He was referred by a friend of mine. He brought me a bottle of water and a mat to workout on. I drank the water and pre workout. We do a few yoga positions but my stomach begins to bubble . Each portions I keep farting! It’s so Embarrassing. But the Trainer is loving it on the low! Enjoying and sniffing every fart without me noticing.
