Using the Bathmate, following it up with jelqing, and finishing it off with the two-stage pump. Appears to be one of the best things I've been able to come up with. I haven't used the two-stage pump in a while but I must say I love it. Especially the heaviness I feel after a few days after using it. The use of the Bathmate as a warm-up routine really helps to get the tissue hot and stretched properly. I didn't record this part, but I used a hot rag with a small stretching session. And the end results weren't quite the same. In this video, I did a very simple, but really effective session that I will share with a few alterations that I think will be better suited. 1. 5 Min Bathmate x 15 Uli Hold Jelqs x 10 Directional Jelqs x 5 min Two- Stage (4-5 psi) 2. 5 Min Bathmate x 25 Uli Hold Jelqs x 10 Directional Jelqs x 10 min Two-Stage (4-5 psi) It seems super simple but very solid!
