PE Madness March 29th: Day 14 & Day 15 March 29th: 1. Bathmate @ 7.5 min 2. Directional Jelqs: 5 Right x 5 Left x 5 Upwards x 5 Downwards. 3. Bathmate @ 7.5min (END) NOTE: The main reason why I like to transition between the Bathmate and the two-stage is to allow rest time in between. I do plan on eventually shifting to more of the Bathmate and Two-Stage on more of a daily bases. But, until then I feel this is a great way to "warm-up" to getting to that stage. March 30th: 1. Bathmate @ 7.5 min (Hotter Water) 2. 25 Uli-Hold Jelqs x 10 Right Long-Hold Jelqs ( 5 sec intervals) x 10 Left Long-Hold Jelqs (5 sec intervals). 3. Two-Stage @ 6 min (5psi) 4. Bathmate @ 7.5 min (Hotter Water) 5. Two-Stage @ 6 min (6psi) 6. 10 Uli-Hold Jelqs (END) NOTE: This routine is a bit more on the 'intense' side of things and it's because I want to try and maximize the use of the two-stage pump. The reason I'm also using hotter water is to ensure that the tissue is as relaxed as possible while in the two-stage.
