Short but very intense session🔥 I experienced a new kind of pain - the fly flap!
It was burning like hell, maybe because I was a bit tired that day. Also the hammer was more painful on the skin than on the abs and pecs.
You will also see some knee kicks, foot kicks and heel stomps to the guts.
