Hi guys!
So this is a fan request. Basically the idea was to give my abs almost no chance to relax, by doing different exercises and immediately punching my abs - in this way extending the contraction even more🥵
I added the nipple clamps to make it even harder. At some point however, I noticed, that my nipples were a bit slippery (I shouldn‘t have put some creme on in the morning😅), so I decided to resort to liquid chalk, which allowed the clamps to sit as tightly as never before🦀 ouch!
