You will hear me say "play" right at the beginning because I for some reason did not edit that part out... anyways, in quarantine, I've been cooking a lot more since I have the time and cooking is just something I truly enjoy in my free time. I have a lot more NUDE cooking videos coming up. I PRESENT TO YOU: CHEESY CHICKEN PASTA pasta dough: 5 large eggs, 3 cups of flour... combine and kneed until smooth.\ chicken: 4 breasts, 6 cloves of garlic, half a sweet yellow onion, salt, pepper, cumin... season your washed, dried, and room temperature chicken with salt, pepper, and cumin on one side. The garlic and onion should be in a hot pan with a tbsp of oil, when fragrant, lay down the chicken, seasoned side down. With the raw side up, season that side too. YOU SHOULD BE FLIPPING YOUR CHICKEN EVERY 2 MINUTES. at the first 2 minute mark , add in 4-6 tbsp butter (or 1-1.5 tbsp per breast if cooking one at a time), and spoon over the melted butter onto the breast. At 10-13 minutes, take the chicken out and slice into halves or thirds depending on breast size. Finish cooking the chicken and use these last minutes to ensure it is fully cooked and browned. Set aside boil your pasta, once boiled, take it into pan where chicken was cooked, add in 3 cups of marinara sauce, or how ever much you prefer. take this time to also add in your chopped chicken at this point I added in shredded colby jack cheese, just eyeballing how ever much I want... at medium heat, i sprinkled over some mozzarella cheese to melt on top. Finished! top with basil if you'd like and enjoy
