Immediately following tonight's chest workout--100 push ups, 100 dips, 5 sets of incline bench press and 5 sets of standing cable flyes--SO MUCH PUMPAGE. In case any of you were wondering and didn't already realize, I got my size naturally. I've never used anything other than creatine, protien, glutamine and bcaa's, plus I train and eat to build muscle. Never ever been one to get all cut up and lean, but I've never truly tried to do that.
