Added 2020-09-28 01:51:20 +0000 UTCSo, as you can see, after my massage therapist finished his deep tissue work on my upper back, chest and shoulders this morning, he placed what is called Rock Tape on my right shoulder, arm and upper chest and back to try and help give my shoulder support. My shoulder has been a problem for years, but it doesn't stop me from training. This new tape idea today did however keep me from creating more interesting videos as I had initially planned. I will post something tomorrow that I did manage to do today, but I just didn't want the blue tape to distract from the videos I originally planned. It'll only be on for a few days--just testing to see how much it will help. :)
