Added 2022-03-04 00:41:36 +0000 UTCHi guys I’m back from such a beautiful vacation 💗 I had a day full of dance classes today and sadly didn’t get any footage of them but wanted to share this clip of me “improv dancing” from a bit ago! Here I was really just letting go, no set choreography and was dancing improvisation, which means just whatever comes to mind that’s how I move! When I do improv I tend to give myself many different tasks to see the different ways my body will go. I felt with this French music it was leading me in so many different paths which I absolutely loved. Music indicates how I move a lot of the time. Hope you guys have a great Thursday 💜
