







Happy Thursday! π When it comes to being an artist and athlete on vacation, I still allow myself to relax and enjoy many different types of meals and treats π₯° Being in Europe for two weeks allowed me to try so many different pairings of meats, vegetables, fruits, wines, and so much more that I normally donβt get to try together! There is a preconceived notion about dancers really limiting their diet which is farthest from the truth for me! Including lots of proteins and carbs along with vegetables and fruits allows for me to feel field and ready to go at all times ππ
