

🍳So, as a fitness coach and nutritionist, I always preach balance—high protein, healthy carbs, good fats. Sounds simple, right? Well... not when you're me at 6 AM
I decided to make my famous protein pancakes—fluffy, delicious, packed with gains. Everything was going great until I got distracted (blame my morning hair struggle) and completely burned them. Like, charcoal-level burned😅
Standing there, holding what looked like a hockey puck, I had two choices:
1. Cry over my lost breakfast.
2. Pretend I meant to make a high-fiber charcoal detox meal.
Guess which one I picked? 😉
Moral of the story: Even fitness coaches have kitchen fails. And sometimes, oatmeal is just safer😆🍓
