

how are you guys staying motivated to work out right now? πͺπ¦ i havenβt done a βrealβ workout in the gym or a fitness class since literally MARCH due to restrictions and used to go every single day; now that itβs so cold where i live iβm having trouble motivating myself to be active! i havenβt noticed significant changes in the way my body looks but definitely in the way i feel π« iβm thinking about starting an at-home fitness challenge to get back into it! would you want to follow? lmk! ππ
