

This morning I woke up with a slight feeling that the day was going to be special. I started it with a jog, feeling how each step fills me with energy. 🏃♀️ And then, when I got home, I did a couple of yoga asanas to make my body feel in harmony. 🧘♀️ Sometimes you just need to listen to yourself, to awaken not only physically but also internally. And so, with that feeling of lightness, I'm ready to conquer the day! ✨
