I’m overwhelmed with shit to do and studies that for once fitness is not a higher priority right now, at least for a few more weeks. Instead of splitting up my body to dedicate an entire workout to a particular body part, I’m doing an upper body day, and a lower body day. Very generic and basic, but it does the job for now. This was the last of about 12 sets of squats tho! Progressively going up to 155lbs, then back down, changing my stance and foot position with each set😉 🏋🏻♀️ 😘
