May look odd, but I’m actually working on opening up the hips. Helps in combat sports, and well, overall mobility as we age. The first is working on external hip rotation, the second is a very low, weighted Cosack Squat variation. Staying low will help open the hips, allowing for better flexibility. Which all n all provides easier and better bodily movement, in daily life or sports 💯
